Sony Ericsson Yendo (Walkman)

Sony Ericsson has announced its ever first walkman branded phone. It is yet to be clear whether Sony Ericsson Yendo phone runs on the Android OS platform or not.  The phone seems to be like Sony Ericsson X10 mini and as Yendo phone user interface has been given Sony Ericsson Xperia models looks by new themes in the interface. Sony Ericsson phone is supports four-corner UI design like Sony Xperia X8 series models.

Yendo Sony Ericsson phone comes with 2 megapixel camera with 2.6 inches TFT resistive touch screen. Yendo supports 2G networks for communication and GPRS, EDGE supports for internet connection.  The phone is equipped with 5 MB internal memory that can be extended through microSD card up to 16GB. The Phone introduces new Walkman player that comes with new touch controlled TrackID music recognition application and MediaGo that helps the users to manage music from a PC.

The Sony Ericsson phone will be launched in the third quarter of this year 2010. Yendo is equipped with social network apps like Facebook, Twitter and phone will be available in different colors like; black, blue, green, orange, pink, purple, red, silver, white and yellow. The Phone supports features like Google search and comes with 156 MHz processor. The battery support upto 3 hours 30 min talk time. Apparently , Sony Ericsson the phone manufacturing coming target the low budget consumers for their newly announced Sony Ericsson Yendo.
