LG Phones announced in the mobile market that LG cell phones will introduce number of new LG mobile phones under the Optimus series. LG Optimus GT450 is the first LG phone introduce under the Optimus series and GT450 LG phone runs on the Android 1.6 OS platform. LG phones will be introducing LG Optimus One after LG Optimus GT540 and Optimus One will run on the Google Android 2.2 Operating System also known as Froyo. LG Optimus GT540 price seems to be cheaper phone as LG electronics has aimed at entry level users.
LG Optimus GT540 comes with 3 inch Touch display screen with Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate. The LG phone supports 3G/2G networks connectivity and also support Wi-Fi, GPRS for internet connectivity, equipped with 3.15 megapixel autofocus camera and supports 3.5 mm audio jack. The LG GT540 Optimus comes with 130 MB internal memory that can be extended upto 32 GB through support of microSD card. The LG entry level phone support features like Stereo FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth and mp3 player.
The LG GT540 Optimus phone runs on Google (Android OS) and also supports Google features like Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube, and Google Talk. The LG phone is integrated with Social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter and more. The phone comes with stand battery that supports 5 hour and 30 min talk time. LG GT540 supports GPS features and also supports applications like Organizer, Document viewer, Voice memo, T9. The LG very soon will also introduce it’s first ever tablet that runs on the Android OS platform in the market.
