At the moment Skype Mobile application is available only for Verizon users, and soon expected to be available for Network Android phone users. Apparently, Verizon users will be more comfortable, while using Wi-Fi connectivity as Wi-Fi is faster and reliable as compare to Verizon 3G Data Connectivity network. Wi-Fi Connectivity is also cheaper as compare to 3G connectivity.
