Sony Vaio X Tech Detail | Vaio X Review

Sony Vaio X; the ultra portable laptop by Sony. Another addition to the Sony Vaio line-up in the form of Vaio X, claiming to be the most powerful laptop in terms of battery life. Take a look at Sony Vaio X tech detail.

Sony recently launched Vaio X which is said to be highly impressive when it comes to battery timing and smart look. However, the new Sony addition is not much impressive when it comes to price. The Vaio X is tagged at $1299(base) which is quite expensive for a 120GB and 2GB memory.

On the other hand, Vaio X notebook does have a 2GHz Atom Z550 and a 6 cell battery which is said to be lasted for 10 hours with WiFi on the go. In addition, Sony Vaio X comes preloaded with Microsoft Windows 7 as well as a 30 day free trial period of Norton Internet Security 2009. Also, Vaio X has a 60 day free trial period of Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 edition.

Sony also offers a one year warranty (limited) for the 11 -inch Vaio X. In all, the new addition by Sony is nice attempt to boost up their Vaio line-up but they could have done better in memory, display and touch-pad categories.
