After Siri was launched along with iPhone 4s, the crazy biased media started to roll out the news that Apple inc have took mobile computing to the next level. The biased media never cares what other platforms are offering, they thought that Siri is the next big thing, just as they were told to do so.

Believe it or not this voice command or voice interaction was there in Windows mobile for over a year. Recently Microsoft Craig Mundie who is the chief Research and Strategy officer mocked out Apple, that how they dodge people with their marketing.

“People are infatuated with Apple announcing it,” Mundie said referring to Siri.

He further said “It’s good marketing, but at least as the technological capability you could argue that Microsoft has had a similar capability in Windows Phones for more than a year, since Windows Phone 7 was introduced”.

Well Craig Mundie also acknowledge that Microsoft should learn how to market things, like how Apple does. He said “We probably could learn something on the marketing side “.
