Over the years, the popularity of Microsoft Office has grown to become the world’s most widely used office suite. With this 2.7 GB download file you do not need an Office 365 subscription in order to enjoy the preview. However, for those who already have a subscription, you can integrate the preview with your Office 365 account.

In four months, based on the feedback from the customers, Microsoft was able to release seven updates which were all a significant improvement on the version’s stability.
Currently, Office for Mac is available for 365 customers and the updates are expected to continue. It is expected that Microsoft will be releasing updates once per quarter.
